Marti Rosenburgh was destined to become an entrepreneur. Her sense of style and creativity began at an early age. "I remember my kindergarten teacher saying I have great artistic and creative talent and it should be developed beyond hanging my art on the kitchen wall"
The need to be creative took this small town girl to New York City where she graduated from
FIT. After spending several years working at B. Altman & Co. as a senior assistant buyer, she decided she would rather pursue her passion for fine jewelry. She became a designer, manufacturer and importer of a sensational collection. "I loved the entire process of manufacturing, beginning with a vision of the design to the casting, hand picking of diamonds, overseeing my setters and polishers, culminating with a magnificently executed piece of fine jewelry".
While Marti continues with her fine jewelry business mostly on a special order and redesign bases, today she focuses on growing her semi-precious collection. Marti Rosenburgh Designs began in 2011 to cater to a woman who wants style and quality at an affordable price. Designing and hand crafting in sterling silver and 18K gold plate, semi-precious stones and genuine pearls, she is able to reach a diverse group who find looks that are beautiful for luncheons, an evening on the town and travel.
Marti also finds inspiration while traveling, which she is passionate about; she imports from around the world, with a special focus on Italy where she also appreciates the same workmanship and fine quality she expects with her fine collection.
Marti is very grateful for her success, and as a result believes in "giving back to the community though various charity events" where she participates to raise funds.
